After 200 years of lithium’s discovery, it has become an exclusive player of the current technological revolution based on its usefulness for the development of batteries for mobile devices as cell phones, tablets and laptops.
It is a key mineral in the manufacture of more efficient, cleaner and lighter energy storage systems and this boosted the emergence of hybrid and electric vehicles. It is no longer the future, it is already present.
