Assistance units in the field:
With the aim of taking care of the health of all the members of an operation team, they offer the assembly of Assistance Units in the Field with doctors and/or nurses, MICU 4×4 mobiles with the highest technology and fully equipped sanitary trailers for medical assistance.
MICU 4×4 ambulances:
They are equipped to operate in areas of difficult access.
Sanitary and Accommodation Trailers:
They are also fully equipped as first aid and/or accommodation clinics.
Specialized professionals:
Nurses, drivers and doctors, specialized in pre-hospital and emergency care with weekly shifts 7×7, 14×14 (12 hours on active duty and 12 hours on passive duty).

Scheduled Transfers:
High and low complexity, both for critical patients who require specific medical assistance and support and for those patients without any care requirement.
Air Transfers:
They are carried out through their own Lear Het 60 sanitary plane with a capacity of up to 7 people to perform medical air transfers.
E-Consultation and Telephone Medical Orientation:
With the aim of adapting the attention to the new reality we live in, ECCO has added the E-Consultation and Telephone Medical Orientation services (OMT), so that all the affiliates can make inquiries from any place in the country through their telephone or any mobile device. Afterwards, the medical professional would send the necessary prescriptions and orders via mail or WhatsApp.
