Duralitte Group, in line with its steady growth, continues widening the range of products it offers for the Neuquén Basin from its Service and Logistics Centre. This center, located in the heart of the city of Neuquén, a few metres from National Route 22, has a large warehouse and its own logistics.
The center mentioned above has been opened to respond to the need of having a large stock to be able to meet the local demand of the whole region. The proximity to customers makes it possible to reduce and speed up logistics and material delivery times.
These inputs come from the production plants located in Buenos Aires, San Pablo Brazil and the recently inaugurated Duxaoil plant in Houston Texas, where couplings for sucker rods and other API 11 B and 11 AX components for artificial lift are produced.

The articulated elbows for high pressure applications are manufactured in forged steels complying with ASTM A 105 standard, in different styles and combinations for their adaptation.
They have 1,502 figure connections or NPT ends, and withstand pressures up to 15,000 psi.
There are also Integral Pup Joints with terminals in double knockouts, swivel joints, adapters and forged crossovers within the same product family. They are used especially in the laying of Fracking lines, Flow back and related equipment, together with the articulated elbows that allow adaptation according to the need of laying routes and layout.
These connections are available in pressure ranges from 6,000 to 20,000psi. They are produced with integral ends used for Buttweld (BW) and threaded terminations (NPST). All the products are made of forged steel that complies with ASTM and/or AISI standards, available for both standard and H2S acid service, covering a range in diameters from 2” to 4”.
Drilling BOP Control Systems
Its main function is to operate the preventer valves so as to ensure, in case of an eventuality, the control of unwanted release of oil and/or gas, as well as ensuring the integrity of the personnel and the components used in the service. It can also be used to remotely operate valves with actuators and control their functionality.
Duralitte supplies Drilling BOP Control Systems which meet the most stringent quality standards, including API 16D, RP16E and RP53 specifications to guarantee safety and reliability even when operating in critical conditions. They are manufactured in Houston Texas in association with DUXAOIL LLC and Windlass Engineers and produced for onshore and offshore applications.
These units are especially designed and manufactured in compliance with the requirements and certifications demanded by our clients. The service of reconditioning and updating obsolete units is also offered locally, adapting them to AP 16D or other standards.
High Pressure Test Units
Duralitte has High Pressure Testing Units, for working pressures from 5,000 to 30,000 psi. These units can be used for hydrostatic testing of products such as valves, including BOP stacks, kill & choke lines and wellheads.
The different models are designed to adapt to the demands of each service, so that they can be transported or stayed fixed, with or without a storage tank.
