New Proposal for the Energy Sector
After a year of internal reorganization and operational adjustments, Electricidad Panamericana has reached a turning point in its history, entering a new phase of expansion that projects a stronger presence in the mining, oil, gas, and energy sectors by 2026, with a comprehensive offering focused on projects with high technical demands.
Throughout 2025, the company carried out a deep restructuring aimed at optimizing processes, professionalizing its organizational structure, and strengthening its operational base.
While it was not a period marked by strong financial results, it was a strategic year that laid the foundations for future growth.
“It was not a year of major economic results, but it was a key year. We were able to realign ourselves, improve efficiency, and move forward with certifications such as ISO, which are essential for what lies ahead,” explains Nicolás Pocetti, Director of the company.
From Supplier to Strategic Partner in the Energy Sector
In this new scenario, Electricidad Panamericana has evolved from being solely a supplier of electrical materials to positioning itself as an integrated distributor of solutions for the mining and oil industries. Its current portfolio ranges from cables, grounding rods, and cable clamps to pipes for the oil industry and automation equipment, consolidating its role as a technical partner capable of supporting operations at every stage.
This expansion of capabilities is also reflected geographically and in services, with the recent acquisition of a Neuquén-based engineering company. This move enables the development of automation projects, control panel assembly, electrical works, and engineering services applied to the energy sector, adding value to its traditional offering.
This technical hub is complemented by a strategically structured operations network, including the base in San Isidro, the historic Neuquén headquarters, and the new office at Office Park Salta, designed to serve clients in northern Argentina directly and efficiently.
Logistics and Proximity as Core Pillars
In industries where timing is critical, logistics become a key differentiator. In this regard, Electricidad Panamericana has strengthened its distribution scheme with free 24-hour deliveries in Neuquén and Río Negro, as well as agreements that ensure 36-hour deliveries in Salta, Jujuy, Catamarca, and Tucumán, keeping pace with the expanding energy projects.
A family-owned company, with Domingo Pocetti as President and a growing team led by Nicolás and Agustina Pocetti, the company is also advancing a plan that includes the incorporation of a new firm specifically focused on the engineering and energy services segment.
With more than 45 years of experience, Electricidad Panamericana thus consolidates a strategy based on diversification, operational efficiency, and the development of technical capabilities.
With this roadmap, it positions itself as a key player to support the planned investments and the momentum that will define Argentina’s energy sector in 2026.
